At Isura Flowers, every arrangement is handmade with care and crafted especially for you. Because our floral compositions are custom-prepared and perishable, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We are a small, local business in Los Angeles, and each piece is created uniquely for the recipient. For this reason, we cannot resell or reuse items once they leave our studio.

That said, your satisfaction means everything to us. If there is ever an issue with your order upon delivery — such as damage during transit or receiving the wrong arrangement — please contact us within 24 hours. We will review your concern and work with you to make it right.
